Physicians and providers not affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine or NewYork-Presbyterian are welcome to order tests and utilize the expertise of the Clinical Genomics Laboratory. All samples, including blood, can be sent directly to our laboratory with order forms. When a final test report is generated, the ordering party is provided with a copy and given the option to schedule a discussion with our molecular pathologist to discuss the results.

Oncomine
Our Oncomine test is a comprehensive patient assay that assesses both DNA and RNA and facilitates identification of associated mutations within tumor cells. The test also evaluates more than 19 genomic regions associated with targeted therapies approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
